Last week (March 15, 2024), we had the honor to host the Director of the Puerto Rico Water Resources and Environmental Research Institute, Walter F. Silva-Araya, at the University of Georgia College of Engineering Seminar Series. Dr. Silva-Araya meets the CITRA team member and their project, as well as discusses a new collaborative partnership with faculty from the Institute for Resilient Infrastructure Systems. It was a pleasure presenting my former advisor before his talk to my college.
