Logan holds a BS in Mathematics from The University of Georgia. After graduating, Logan worked as a software consultant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During his time in Baton Rouge, he witnessed the effects caused by Hurricane Ida which sparked interest in flood modeling. This led him to pursue a MS in Environmental Engineering under the direction of Dr. FĂ©lix Santiago-Collazo. Logan’s research focuses on modeling overland and riverine processes using finite element methods. In his free time, Logan enjoys spending time in nature, exercising, and producing music.
