“After the 3MT competition results and getting the People’s Choice award, I feel honored and humbled by the outcomes. It was a wonderful experience that led me to prepare and learn about how to communicate my research to a general audience. I thoroughly recommend my friends, peers, and the entire engineering community to have this experience. It also represented an excellent opportunity to improve my communication skills and knowledge about public speaking. Last but not least, I want to thank my lab mates who supported me and gave me sincere proof of friendship, especially Luciana Tarcha and Haley Selsor, who advised me and helped me practice and improve my speech.”
